Montgomery County Homeless Coalition in Conroe
Houston has seen a decrease in it's homeless population, but in nearby Montgomery County that population has grown. Nancy Heintz (Montgomery County Homeless Coalition President) gives insight in a recent interview with Houston Matters.
NEW: PROPOSED CITY ORDIANCES
The City of Conroe has proposed ordinances to address some of the challenges associated with homelessness in the downtown area. CLICK HERE to see the Coalition's response. The City Council will be voting on these ordinances Thursday, 2/26 at 9:30 a.m.
